A Man Called Son
A Man Called Son is a Brisbane-based solo project of Simon J. Pearlman, singer/songwriter from local indie rock act, the Narcotics.

After laying down acoustic demos on dusty old four tracks, he began recording at home, surrounding himself with some slightly less dusty studio equipment. He opted to play all instruments and produce the recording himself, resulting in this five-track EP. 'Fire, Floods and Boredom' is A Man Called Son's first release, a tuneful offering that ranges from the British folk rock sounds of 'Wouldn't I Like To Doubt You?' through to the late night balladry of 'Cool Shady Sand'.
