Her rich vocal range, set against the relaxed and spacious arrangements, creates a sound that Bertie describes as acoustic urban soul. Bertie%uFFFDs new album, Chasing Islands is due for release in March 2004. A taste of the new album is introduced with the single Favourite Jeans, a track that Triple J are currently flogging.
